Dosage
Assay is a technique that allows you to determine the content of one or more compounds in a sample. It leads to validating the quantity of an active principle, verifying the absence of regulated and / or undesirable substances and ensuring the efficacy, safety and harmlessness of a product. BotaniCERT specializes in the determination of chemical tracers naturally present in plants, called secondary metabolites (polyphenols, hydroxycinnamic acids, alkaloids, terpenoids, iridoids, pigments, etc.).
At BotaniCERT we divide the dosages of substances into two categories: the dosage of a single substance (example: dosage of LA curcumin) and the dosage of a family of substances < / b> (example: dosage DES curcuminoids / curcumin derivatives).
DOSAGE OF A SUBSTANCE
- Using a calibration line
- Checking that only the substance is taken into account (elimination of interferences) for a correct dosage.
- Assays on all types of samples
- Method validation on request only
- For all analyzes, different tests are carried out demonstrating reliability at all stages
- Wide choice of substances to be dosed (substances of interest and undesirable substances)
